Neil brings a hands-on construction heritage to the world of property development. With a robust background in construction management, Neil understands the physical reality of a project, from structural integrity to the logistics of a complex strip-out. Unlike developers who operate purely from a spreadsheet, Neil knows how to deliver a site. He bridges the gap between technical construction and financial strategy. At Tumblestone, his focus is on risk mitigation: ensuring that every acquisition is structurally sound, costed accurately, and viable on a worst-case basis before any investor capital is deployed. By pivoting to the social housing lease model, Neil ensures that Tumblestone’s projects deliver not just financial returns, but tangible social value to the local community.

Dan is an experienced Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager with over 30 years of expertise in delivering complex commercial, residential, and public sector projects. His extensive portfolio spans a wide range of developments, including retail parks, healthcare facilities, ultra-high-end residential properties, aviation hubs, and large-scale commercial conversions. Dan’s diverse experience reflects his ability to adapt to the unique challenges of each project while maintaining a consistent focus on quality and client satisfaction.

My name is Colin Smith, I have been established for over 30 years and over that time have been involved with hundreds of planning issues and resolved a great many of them positively for my clients. With wide experience in all areas of buildings and planning regulation, I help people make the most out of their property or any land they may own. Whether it is an extension, conversion or new-build, I offer a complete planning and building service through helping secure planning permission, providing expert advice, estimates, liaison with councils and builders.
