I’m a Liverpool-born property investor with a background in construction management. After years in the industry, I turned a lifelong interest in property into a growing investment business with a portfolio across Liverpool and Manchester. Passionate about creating long-term value, I focus on building sustainable investments that provide financial freedom and future security. From an early age I had a fascination with property, which led me into construction — a foundation that still underpins everything I do today, graduating with a degree in Construction Management from Liverpool John Moores University. After university, my career took me across the North West, working on construction and civil engineering projects. Alongside this, I nurtured my interest in property investment — an ambition that started as an idea among university friends but was put on hold as life, career, and family took priority. That changed in 2015, when I inherited a property. Renovating it and becoming an “accidental landlord” which reignited my passion for property and gave me the push I needed. From there, I immersed myself in learning — listening to property podcasts, attending events, completing courses, and studying different investment strategies. The more I learned, the clearer my path became. I realized that property wasn’t just about bricks and mortar, but about creating financial freedom and long-term security. Today, I run my own property companies with a growing portfolio across Liverpool and Manchester.
