By utilising Permitted Development Rights, we can secure planning approval significantly faster than ground-up developments, reducing holding costs and project risk.

We strip back and reconfigure these spaces into modern, compliant 1 and 2-bedroom apartments. Because our end-users are often vulnerable adults or assisted living providers, our build quality goes beyond the standard. We design for durability, accessibility, and comfort.

The Exit
Supported Living Leases We align our projects with the requirements of Registered Providers and Care Operators by securing long-term FRI (Full Repairing and Insuring) leases. This provides a secure, hands-off exit with guaranteed yields.
